How much of your company actually runs here?

A CIO is measured by seven numbers owned by seven different tools, and not one of them answers whether the company is running on what it bought. The Raise Index is a single 0–100 figure built from six weighted instruments and computed from your own tables every time you open it.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Raise Index actually measure?

Six things, weighted: Structure 25% (how built each department is — its systems, workflows, people and live work), Automation 20% (the share of workflows armed rather than drafted, the share running unattended, and the clean-completion rate), Flow 20% (throughput over thirty days against the prior thirty, records not left untouched, projects not late), Governance 15% (provisioned access, departments with an accountable head, audit density, approval queue health), Adoption 10% (members active in the last seven days, departments with real substance, collaboration volume) and Alignment 10% (projects tied to an agreed outcome, owners mapped, decisions captured rather than made and never recorded).

Is the Raise Index a survey or a maturity assessment?

Neither. Nothing is self-reported and nothing is typed in. The index is computed from the organisation's own tables — projects, workflows, approvals, members, audit rows and messages — and recomputed each time it is opened. Every figure carries a line stating exactly what it counted.

Can the Raise Index go down?

Yes, and it is designed to. Concentration on one department head, approvals waiting too long, departments raised and left empty, workflows drafted and never armed, and decisions made but never logged all pull the number down and are named individually on the risk list, each opening the room where it is fixed.

Is my Raise Index compared to other companies?

No. AEROSS does not hold other organisations' figures and does not benchmark one customer against another. The index is measured against the bar each instrument's own blueprint sets, so 100 means every instrument is where it should be rather than better than someone else.
